Our Criminal Department is led by the firm’s senior partner, Gordon Luckhurst.

We offer a personal and professional service to our clients from the outset of a case at the police station through to its conclusion, be that in the Magistrates Court, Crown Court or Court of Appeal. We recognise the importance of communication with our clients and their families in what can be very difficult time and respond immediately to our clients’ needs.
We operate a 24 hour advice and assistance service so that we can provide the necessary representation to clients who are being investigated and interviewed by the police. We are always available for call outs to police stations anytime of the day and night.
